Under the Self-Regulation System, all waiver applications must be submitted up-front & be separated from any formal plan submission.

• Application form FSSD-WA duly completed;
• One set of plan and document, where applicable;
• Payment of fees $100/- per item.

Alternatively, the QPs may also make on-line submissions through the CORENET e-Submission.

Appeal for unsuccessful waiver applications

For unsuccessful waiver applications, QP may appeal against the decisions by submitting formal appeal to the Minister for Home Affairs within 28 days of the date of notification of the decision.
The appeal application shall be made in the prescribed form which is available at the Customer Service Centre at HQ SCDF.

The fees payable is $100/- for each item of appeal.
